Many of you have asked the same question since the first IBEX26 announcement: how do I get my Indian to the Costa Blanca without a few days in the saddle each way, there and back?
Here is the answer. Your motorcycle can now travel to IBEX26 the same way a brand-new Indian reaches its dealership — through Indian Motorcycle’s own logistics network for Europe. The same crates, the same handling standards, the same professional care applied to a bike fresh from the factory.
Eleven official Indian Motorcycle dealerships across France, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are acting as Official IBEX26 Pickup & Return Points. You hand your motorcycle over at the dealership nearest you; it is inspected, photographed, crated and transported to Indian Alicante ahead of the event, then returned the same way once IBEX26 closes.

Handled the Way Indian Motorcycle Handles Its Own Bikes
Your Indian does not travel with a generic haulier. It moves through the same logistics network that Indian Motorcycle Company (IMC) uses across Europe to deliver new motorcycles from factory to dealership — the same crates, the same tie-down standard, the same professional handling a brand-new bike receives before it ever reaches a showroom floor.
Every handover and every return is carried out by trained staff at an official Indian Motorcycle dealership, with a full photographic condition record taken at both ends of the journey.
Please note: our pickup points in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands are confirmed. The French pickup points are still being finalised with the dealerships concerned and are marked as pending confirmation. You can still reserve a place at one of them now – should that point not be confirmed in time, your transport booking will be refunded in full, with no fee charged and no effect whatsoever on your IBEX26 place.

Before you book
Transport is exclusively for riders attending IBEX26. A confirmed IBEX26 booking is required — transport cannot be booked on its own.
Booking closes 16 September 2026. After that date the crates are already on their way to the dealerships and no further bookings can be accepted.
Your handover date: 2–3 weeks before the event. Your return date: 2–3 weeks after. We confirm your exact date at least 7 days in advance.
Eight slots per pickup point. 88 in total. A pickup point needs a minimum of 3 motorcycles to run — if it doesn’t reach that, we’ll offer you the nearest point or refund you in full.

IBEX26 Premium Transport – What’s Included
At a glance ( Same list applies to every pickup point.)
- Return road transport, from your pickup dealership to Indian Alicante and back
- Crating and strapping in Indian Motorcycle’s original XL transport crate, by trained dealership staff
- All-risk transport insurance (tous risques), full replacement value, for the whole journey in both directions
- A photographic condition record at handover and again on return
- Uncrating and preparation on return, so you collect a motorcycle ready to ride
- Handling by official Indian Motorcycle dealership staff at both ends
Fully accessorized and heavyweight Indian models — Roadmaster, Pursuit, Challenger, Chieftain — travel in a dedicated crate sized for them.
NOT INCLUDED
- Your own transfer, both ways, between your arrival point (e.g. Alicante–Elche Airport) and Indian Motorcycle Alicante, Calle Río Júcar 18, 03007 Alicante — the pickup and drop-off point for your motorcycle in Spain
- Your own transport to the pickup dealership before handover, and away from it after handover or return collection
- Personal gear cover — items carried in saddlebags, top case or rear rack are not insured.
- Mechanical inspection, servicing, cleaning or repair of the motorcycle — any such work is between you and the dealership directly
- Cleaning or detailing of the motorcycle before or after transport
- Your own travel and health insurance
- Your own motorcycle insurance for riding during IBEX26 — transport insurance covers the bike only while crated and in transit, not while you’re riding it
- Fuel for the motorcycle
