IBEX26 Terms & Conditions

I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These General Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the IBEX26 website and the purchase of tickets, bundles, and related services for the IBEX26 event (the “Event”).
The Event is organized by Legendary Productions s.r.o., organizer of the Iberia Experience 2026 (“IBEX26”, “IBEX”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website, registering for the Event, or purchasing any ticket or bundle, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented at checkout or in your order confirmation.

II. DEFINITIONS
Attendee: any person registered to attend IBEX26 (includes Riders and Pillions).
Rider: an Attendee operating a motorcycle at the Event.
Pillion: an Attendee riding as a passenger.
Ticket: a digital credential or QR code granting access to Event services according to the inclusions stated at checkout and/or in the order confirmation.
Bundle: the Premium Ticket + Hotel package as described in the Event materials.

III. ELIGIBILITY AND EVENT RULES
Indian Motorcycle riders only. The Event is exclusively for Indian Motorcycle riders; pillion passengers are welcome subject to these Terms.
Minimum age: subject to local law and venue rules. Alcohol service follows Spanish legal age requirements.
Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license and carry all legally required insurance and documentation for riding in Spain. You are responsible for compliance with local traffic laws and regulations at all times.
Mechanical fitness and gear: you are responsible for ensuring your motorcycle is roadworthy and for wearing appropriate protective equipment.
Capacity: attendance is strictly limited to 220 guests. Access is via Premium Ticket + Hotel Bundles only; no ticket‑only option is offered.

IV. REGISTRATION, TICKETS, AND ACCESS
Ticket types and inclusions are stated at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
Tickets and wristbands are personal to the named Attendee, non-transferable, and may not be resold. You must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
We may deny admission or remove any person who fails to comply with these Terms, safety instructions, or applicable law. No refund will be due where removal is for cause.

V. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown during checkout and include the items and services expressly listed in the inclusions.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe and/or Klarna). By paying, you agree to the payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and our written confirmation.

VI. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
Tickets and related digital content (e.g., QR codes, route files/GPX) will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide.
Please safeguard your QR code(s) and any digital materials. If you suspect misuse, contact us immediately.

VII. CHANGES, PROGRAM UPDATES, AND FORCE MAJEURE
We may modify the Event program, schedules, artists, routes, and inclusions when reasonably required (e.g., safety, weather, venue constraints, or other operational reasons).
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public health directives, strikes, government action, or force majeure), we may alter, postpone, or cancel certain activities or features. We will endeavor to communicate changes promptly.

VIII. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Except where expressly stated at checkout or required by law, tickets and bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any specific cancellation or refund terms for your order will be shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in the E‑shop Terms & Refund Policy (which form part of these Terms).
For digital content and leisure services scheduled for specific dates, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once delivery has begun or where the service is tied to a fixed date. Where applicable law grants mandatory rights, those rights prevail.

IX. SAFETY, RIDING CONDUCT, AND VENUE ACCESS
You must follow all posted safety rules, briefings, marshals’/stewards’ instructions, and any public health directives in force during the Event.
Ride-outs: participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Always ride within your abilities, respect local traffic laws, and follow the guidance of local stewards.
If you feel unwell or unsafe, inform staff and seek appropriate care; we may restrict participation to protect you and others.
Venue access and certain activities may be subject to capacity limits, credentials, or time windows to ensure safety and service quality.

X. ACCOMMODATION AND ACCESSIBILITY
Bundles include hotel accommodations as specified at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. Room types, occupancy, and included meals and amenities are as stated therein.
We aim to accommodate reasonable accessibility requests. Please contact us in advance with any specific needs. Venue-specific accessibility depends on hotel facilities and local terrain.

XI. CONTENT, ROUTE FILES, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, logos, text, images, downloadable materials (including route files/GPX), and other media are owned by or licensed to IBEX. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute route files or other materials without our prior written permission.
“Indian Motorcycle” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Use on this site is for identification only and does not imply endorsement, unless expressly stated.

XII. DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including purposes, legal bases, retention periods, and your rights. See the Privacy Policy on our website for full details and contact options regarding data protection.
By registering or purchasing, you consent to the processing necessary to administer your order and participation. You can contact us for privacy-related requests using the details provided in the Privacy Policy.

XIII. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
You attend and participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from riding activities, third‑party acts, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
You are responsible for your own travel, medical, and motorcycle insurance. Riders must hold legally required motorcycle insurance and documentation.

XIV. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If you encounter any issue with your order or on-site services, please contact us promptly at support@iberia-experience.eu so we can assist.
Where consumer laws require specific complaint handling processes or timelines, we will follow those requirements.

XV. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any purchase or participation related to IBEX26 are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under your local law.
The courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.

XVI. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Material updates applicable to the Event will be communicated via our website or by email where appropriate.

XVIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No waiver of a breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Note on inclusions
Bundles typically include: 4 nights at a fully private 4‑star cliffside village, daily breakfasts and 4 themed dinners with aperitifs, Iberian tastings, live concert + flamenco + DJ shows, curated ride‑outs with local stewards and GPX, secure moto parking, photo/video, and on‑site conveniences.
