Five days on Spain’s Costa Blanca designed for pure riding and easy living. Unpack once at our private 4**** cliffside basecamp, start each morning with a focused rider briefing and GPX, then roll into three curated coastal-and-mountain routes hosted by local stewards. Evenings bring Iberian flavours, themed dinners, flamenco, live music, and DJ shows—set outside the bustle so you can ride, reset, and do it again tomorrow.

How your days flow
- 07:00–10:00 Breakfast buffet
- 08:30 Daily rider briefing by group; route notes + GPX
- 09:15 KSU* for staggered groups (around 15 motos, 2 stewards per group)
- 12:00–14:00 Lunch on route at own discretion
- 15:30–17:00 Staggered returns to base; pool, spa, relax
- 17:00–19:00 Aperitif (one drink) + Iberian Market tastings on select days
- 19:30–22:00 Themed dinners
- 21:45+ Nightly entertainment: flamenco, live concert, DJ shows
Ride groups and pacing
- Small packs of up to 15 bikes, guided by two IMRG Alicante stewards.
- Pacing options announced at check‑in (Scenic / Flow / Tour) to match your vibe
- Sign‑up for groups during registration; swaps possible daily at the IBEX Desk (subject to availability)
Briefings, safety, and support
- Daily mandatory rider briefings at 08:30 cover route notes, hazards, fuel strategy, and regroup points
- Printed cue sheets + GPX downloads
- On‑road window with steward guidance and marshal points
- 1x free towing and recovery to the dealership in case of on‑route technical issues, plus 1x complimentary transfer back to base (repairs and parts at rider’s expense)
- Alcohol is for post‑ride enjoyment only
- Every riding day begins with a mandatory group ride safety briefing — covering route notes, formation rules, and emergency procedures
Evenings in Iberian style
- Golden‑hour gatherings on sea‑view terraces
- Four themed dinners: Poolside BBQ, Paella Night, Tapas Buffet, Noce Final Dinner
- Entertainment designed for riders: flamenco spectacle, live concert, and DJ dance shows

- All times are local (CEST); programme may adapt to weather or operational needs
- Final day‑by‑day schedule, menus, and GPX files are provided at check‑in
- Quiet‑hours policy applies at the basecamp to respect fellow guests
- Important: The organiser may modify the programme, routes, timings, menus, and entertainment for weather, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice.
*KSU stands for “Kickstands Up.”
- In ride schedules, KSU is the wheels‑rolling departure time. By KSU you should be fully geared up, fueled, briefed, GPS loaded, and ready to roll.
- Tip: stage 10–15 minutes early to check in with your group lead, do quick bike checks.

Day 1 — Wed 30 Sep: Arrival, Welcome + DJ Night
- From afternoon: Registration & check‑in at IBEX Desk; room key pick‑up; GPX station; tech and safety checks
- 17:00–19:00 Welcome Aperitif (one drink per guest)
- 18:30 Official Welcome & Rider Orientation (mandatory for riders/pillions)
- 19:30–21:30 Poolside Chef’s Barbecue Dinner
- 21:45–23:15 Flamenco spectacle in the Roman‑style amphitheatre
- After hours: Pool bar open (paid); quiet hours apply
- Each evening returns to authentic Iberian dining — four themed dinners, flamenco, live music, and the Iberian Market Place.
Day 2 — Thu 1 Oct: Ride Day 1 — Scenic Mountain Ride + Flamenco
- 07:00–10:00 Breakfast
- 08:30 Briefing; route notes + GPX
- 09:15 KSU* — balcony roads, viewpoints, café stops
- 17:00–19:00 Aperitif + Iberian Market tastings
- 19:30–21:30 Valencian Paella Night
- 22:00–23:30 Live concert by a renowned Spanish rock band on the poolside podium
Day 3 — Fri 2 Oct: Ride Day 2 — Mountain + Sea Shore Vistas + Live Concert
- 07:00–10:00 Breakfast
- 08:30 Briefing; route notes + GPX
- 09:15 KSU* — coastal sweepers, coves, lighthouse overlooks
- 17:00–19:00 Aperitif
- 19:30–21:30 Gourmet Tapas Buffet (land & sea)
- 22:00–01:00 DJ dance show by the pool under Mediterranean stars
Day 4 — Sat 3 Oct: Ride Day 3 — Alicante Old Castle & Vila Joiosa + DJ Night
- 07:00–10:00 Breakfast
- 08:30 Briefing; route notes + GPX
- 09:15 KSU* — city centre heritage loop, castle ascent, chocolate stop in Vila Joiosa
- 17:00–19:00 Aperitif
- 19:30–22:00 Noce Final Dinner with panoramic sea views
- 22:15–00:30 Closing DJ set and a toast to 125 years of Indian Motorcycle — celebrate in style with your tribe
Day 5 — Sun 4 Oct: Farewell & Departures
