Ride, Refuel, Repeat:
Iberian Style

Food is how we live the spirit behind our name—the IBERIA EXPERIENCE. From first coffee on the road to slow evenings by the sea, you’ll get close to true Iberian flavors. Expect four themed dinners: the sizzle of a poolside barbecue, a Valencian paella night with saffron rising from wide pans, a graze‑worthy gourmet tapas buffet, and a Noce Final Dinner with sea views and clinking glasses.

By day, every route includes curated lunch and coffee stops—think sunny terraces, local cafés, and time to linger—plus artisan tastings at the Iberian Market Place where you can meet makers and sample their best. Browse and take home your favourites at the IBEX26 Iberian Market Place — olive oils, wines, jamón, almonds, and chocolates, all shippable to your door.
Come hungry; leave inspired.
