bookings & payments
Are there limited places available?
Yes. Premium IBEX26 Ticket bundles are capped at 220 total.
Availability is first‑come, first‑served, and once the 220 bundles are gone, no additional Premium bundles will be released. We recommend booking early to secure your place.
How are Premium Ticket Bundles priced?
See Prices for current rates and availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, IBEX26’s preferred payment gateway. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Depending on your location, Stripe may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods at checkout. IBEX26 never stores your card details.
When is my booking confirmed?
After secure payment at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice? Can I get a company invoice?
Yes. It’s included in your order confirmation email.
Add business billing details (name, address, VAT where applicable) at checkout.
What currency are prices in? Do they include VAT?
EUR, VAT included where applicable.
Can you help with visa or travel letters?
We can provide a booking confirmation letter upon request. All visas and travel documents are the participant’s responsibility.

Who can participate?
Owners of Indian Motorcycle brand motorcycles; pillions are welcome.
Who organises the event?
Legendary Productions co-organises the event with IMRG Alicante. Event Manager: Jean Marie Guyon, producer and driving force behind Indian Riders Fest since 2019.
What’s included in the Premium Ticket Bundle?
4 nights in the 4‑star basecamp hotel, half board (daily breakfast + 4 evening dinners), participation in three ride days, rider pack, GPX files, daily briefings, and on‑site support.
What’s not included?
Lunches and off‑schedule food and beverage, personal hotel spend, Market Place purchases, fuel/tolls/parking outside basecamp, travel to/from basecamp, personal travel/medical/breakdown insurance, cancellation insurance, personal gear/maintenance, and any optional activities not listed as included.
Are minors allowed?
Riders must meet legal licensing age. Minors may attend as pillions or guests only with a legal guardian and all required documents.
What languages are used at the event?
English is the primary language. Briefings/support in other languages will be available subject to staff availability (German, French and Spanish).
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We do our best with advance notice. Provide dietary notes during booking; confirm at check‑in.
Is the venue accessible?
Many areas are accessible. If you have specific mobility or medical needs, contact support@iberia-experience.eu in advance.
What are check‑in hours? What if I arrive late?
Check‑in hours are listed in your Premium Voucher. If arriving outside those times, email us in advance so we can assist.
When do I receive my IBEX26 Premium Voucher?
After your order confirmation, you’ll get a second email with your Premium Voucher. It includes check‑in details/timings, arrival guidance, and any actions needed from you.
Is luggage storage available?
Typically available via the hotel. Ask reception at basecamp; availability may be limited.
What documents do I need to participate?
Valid ID, appropriate motorcycle licence, registration and insurance, and any vehicle documents required by Spanish law.
How do I get the routes?
GPX files and printed route notes are provided at check‑in and during daily briefings. Full details of all three routes — distances, highlights, and GPX info — are on the IBEX26 Rides page.
Is the rider briefing mandatory?
Strongly recommended for all participants each ride day.
Can I ride at my own pace?
Yes—ride within local laws and conditions; respect village zones
Is parking secure at basecamp?
Yes. Dedicated secured motorcycle parking is provided at basecamp.
Can I park a van or trailer?
Limited spaces may be available by mandatory advance request. Priority is given to motorcycles at basecamp.
What payments are accepted at the Market Place?
Vendors set their own methods. Bring a payment card and some cash in EUR as a backup.
Can non‑rider guests visit during the day?
Access is limited to registered participants and registered guests during published hours. Day‑visitor access is not guaranteed.
What is the alcohol and substance policy?
Zero tolerance for riding under the influence. Follow local laws. The organisation may refuse participation if safety is compromised.
Quiet hours?
Respect hotel quiet hours and local community guidelines.
What’s the nearest airport?
Alicante–Elche Airport (ALC).
Changes & Refunds
Can I cancel for a refund?
Yes—within 14 calendar days of purchase (cooling‑off period). Email your order number to support@iberia-experience.eu. Approved refunds typically process in 5–10 business days.
What happens after 14 days?
Bookings are non‑refundable. You may exchange your entire booking to new participant(s) for a 50€ administration fee per booking.
Can I transfer just one person from a shared booking?
Yes. For bookings with two or more people sharing a room, you may replace one guest while keeping the same room, dates, and package. The lead booker must request the change and provide the new guest’s details before arrival, in line with our standard terms.
Can I transfer my place on site at check‑in?
No. On‑site name changes are not supported. Use the exchange process before arrival per the policy.
What details are required for an exchange?
Full participant data similar to the original booking: names as per ID, contact info, nationality, date of birth, dietary notes, and any required rider documents.
Are no‑shows or unused nights refundable?
No. Bookings, unused nights, and services are non‑refundable beyond the 14‑day period.
What if the event is postponed or materially changed?
Is cancellation or travel insurance included?
No. Each participant must arrange their own cancellation, travel/medical, and breakdown/roadside cover.
What if a serious personal situation prevents participation?
In cases such as death or critical health issues, the organisation may approve a refund at its sole discretion on a case‑by‑case basis. Documentation may be required.
Media, Safety & Support
Is there on‑site support?
Yes—our team manages check‑in, briefings, and rider support at basecamp.
Is first aid available?
Basic first‑aid support is available during key hours at basecamp. In an emergency call the local emergency number (112) and alert our team.
How do I report an incident or safety concern?
Notify staff at basecamp or the nearest marshal immediately. Serious incidents should be reported via 112 first.
Will the Gallery be updated before and during IBEX26?
Yes. New photos and videos of the location, basecamp life, and ride‑day highlights are added regularly.
How do I download my participant photos after the event?
Return to the Gallery page for participant downloads. You’ll receive an email with access instructions when galleries are ready.
Photo/video consent and privacy?
Can I get media or press access?
Media/press access requires prior written approval. Contact media@iberia-experience.eu with your details.
Lost & found?
Visit the basecamp desk during event hours or email support@iberia-experience.eu after the event with a description of the item.
