IBEX26 E‑shop Terms & Refund Policy | Premium Ticket Bundles

 

Scope

These terms apply to purchases made in the IBEX26 E‑shop, which sells Premium Ticket Bundles only (4 nights in a 4‑star hotel with half board during the event). There is no merchandise for sale.

Products and pricing

Premium Ticket Bundles are sold per person for a 4‑night package; room types and prices are listed on Shop and Prices pages.
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Inventory is limited and allocated first‑come, first‑served.

Ordering and payment

Full payment is taken securely at checkout. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
Group room types (two‑ and three‑person) require a single booking for the entire party. Have all guest names ready.

Cooling‑off period (refunds within 14 days)

Cancel your Premium Ticket Bundle within 14 calendar days of purchase to receive a refund to your original payment method. To request a refund, email shop@iberia-experience.eu and include your order number. A €50 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days: exchanges (full booking only)

Outside the 14‑day window, tickets are non‑refundable. However, you may transfer your entire booking to new participant(s) for a 50€ administration fee per booking.
Partial transfers are not allowed. For two‑ or three‑person bookings, the exchange must cover the full booking as originally purchased.
You must provide complete details for the new participant(s), similar to the original booking (full names as per ID, contact details, nationality, date of birth, dietary notes, and any rider documents required by the event).
Contact shop@iberia-experience.eu as early as possible to initiate an exchange. Processing is subject to timely submission of accurate data before check‑in.

Changes, upgrades, and availability

Room/occupancy changes are subject to availability and may require cancelling within the 14‑day window and making a new booking at current pricing.
Name changes on site (at check‑in) are not supported.

Cancellations beyond 14 days, no‑shows, and early departure

Bookings are non‑refundable beyond the 14‑day period.
No‑shows and unused nights or services are not refundable.

Insurance

Cancellation insurance is not included with IBEX tickets. Each participant is responsible for arranging any travel, accommodation, and event cancellation insurance, as well as medical/travel and breakdown/roadside cover.

Force majeure and organiser changes

In cases of force majeure affecting a participant (e.g., death or critical health situation), the organisation reserves the right, on a case‑by‑case basis and at its sole discretion, to approve a requested refund. Documentation may be required.
If the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, registered participants will be notified with available options, which may include a new date, credit, or a refund in line with statutory requirements.

Hotel incidentals and damages

Any hotel incidentals, deposits, or damage charges are the responsibility of the guest(s) and are not covered by IBEX.

Refund method and timelines

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Processing times can vary by provider.
