Ride-In Logistics: Getting to IBEX26 Basecamp
Gate main entrance Hotel Occidental Pueblo Acantilado

Arrival & Basecamp Essentials

IBEX26 is built for riders who love the long way around. Most participants arrive by motorcycle via Spain’s excellent motorway network to our basecamp at Hotel Pueblo Acantilado Suites, El Campello (Alicante). The A-70/AP-7 corridors and the coastal N-332 make the final stretch simple, with clear signage and abundant fuel. Prefer to ship your bike and fly in? That’s covered too. And if you’re towing a trailer, we have parking—just let us know in advance.

Ride to basecamp: main roads and final approach

  • Primary corridors: AP-7/A-70 for fast access; N-332 for a scenic coastal run.
  • Final approach: follow signs to El Campello, then Pueblo Acantilado Suites.
    • Pl. Ciutat De L’Alguer, 03560 Cala d’Or, Alicante, Spain
    • Goggle maps
  • Event signage directs you to motorcycle parking.
  • Surface and services: well-maintained motorways with frequent fuel, rest areas, and service stations.
  • The basecamp sits at the heart of Spain’s Costa Blanca — perfectly positioned for three days of mountain and coastal riding.

Shipping your motorcycle, then flying in

  • Bike transport: If you prefer a fresh start at basecamp, you can ship your motorcycle with a specialist carrier. Contact us in advance and we’ll share vetted options, delivery windows, and on-site receiving instructions. Limited pre-event storage may be arranged by request.
  • Fly-in details: Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC) has broad European connections.
  • Transfer to basecamp: ALC to Hotel Pueblo Acantilado Suites is roughly 35–45 minutes by taxi/ride-hail (about 40 km), depending on traffic.
